The above-mentioned vacancy exist at Ipelegeng in the Operations Department. The positions will report to the Workshop Foreman. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12

• Diploma / certificate in Transport management would be an added advantage

• Supervisory experience

• Experience in use of radio transmission communication systems

• Valid Driver’s license (EC1) and PrDP and at least five years’ experience

JOB OUTPUTS

• Analyse shift schedules

• Bus census and asset control

• Dispatching buses on shift/private hires on time

• Overtime control

• DC leave planning and attendance control

• Interact with seniors and subordinates by via two way radio

• Daily Operational reports

• Maintenance of all relevant registers

• Allocation of DC to private hires

• Monitor and report breakdowns, loading capacities and uncovered trips Interact with passenger
